Is it possible to book a trial before confirming my wedding date?

To guarantee an exclusive experience and dedicated availability for each bride, hair and makeup trials are only scheduled once the wedding date has been officially confirmed.

When is the best time to schedule my trial?

Scheduling your trial around two months before your wedding ensures that every detail of your day — from your dress to your jewellery and accessories — is considered, allowing us to create a perfectly harmonised and bespoke hair and makeup look.

Trials take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM at Agathe H.’s private home studio. Any specific location requirements may be discussed directly with Agathe H.

How long does the trial last?

The trial lasts approximately 2.5 hours. During this session, every detail of your wedding and your beauty vision is carefully reviewed to create the perfect look for your wedding day. It is an opportunity to ensure that every element — makeup, hairstyle, and accessories — works in perfect harmony for a refined and cohesive result, while giving you an early preview of your bridal look.

How many hair and makeup looks can be tried during the trial?

The trial generally includes one hairstyle and one makeup look, depending on the service booked. If you would like to explore additional styles, extra time can be arranged to test different options. Additional fees may apply to allow enough time is dedicated to creating each look with care and precision.

Is it possible to combine the trial with the welcome dinner?

During the trial, we design your perfect wedding day look, carefully considering your theme, dress, jewellery, floral styling, and overall aesthetic. Many brides choose to keep their bridal look a surprise until the wedding day, and this is entirely respected. The bridal look and the welcome dinner look are intentionally distinct, as each occasion calls for a different style and intention.

This option is particularly suited to brides who are unable to travel to Agathe H.’s home studio before the wedding, as well as destination weddings, offering the opportunity to discover your bridal look while being fully prepared for your welcome dinner.

If you would like to combine your welcome dinner with your trial day, your look can be adapted to your engagement outfit at the end of the session. This option is available for an additional €200, offering a seamless and fully personalised beauty experience for each occasion.

What makeup brands do you work with?

Agathe works exclusively with professional, high-end makeup brands, carefully selected to ensure long-lasting wear and flawless, refined results, including Make Up For Ever, MAC, Chanel, and Charlotte Tilbury.

How long does a complete bridal hair and makeup service take?

A complete bridal hair and makeup service takes approximately 2.5 hours, depending on the chosen style, and around 1.5 hours per bridesmaid or guest, ensuring a calm and seamless preparation experience.

Can she manage larger bridal parties?

To guarantee a smooth and elevated experience, Agathe H. and her team of beauty professionals take care of the bride as well as her entire bridal party. Every artist is carefully selected to ensure the same level of excellence and refinement that defines her signature work. This option is available upon request, with an additional €100 per artist.

Is on-the-day touch-up service available?

After completing the full hair and makeup service, Agathe H. can remain on site for up to one hour to perform final touch-ups, ensure a flawless result for “getting ready” photography, and assist with veil placement (upon request and quotation). Once the bride is ready, she steps aside to allow her to fully enjoy her ceremony surrounded by her loved ones.

For those who wish to extend this support throughout the day, her Beauty Concierge service offers dedicated on-the-day presence, ensuring every detail of your look remains perfectly refined until the evening.

Travel & on-location services 

France

To ensure a seamless and stress-free experience, Agathe H. travels directly to your preparation location or wedding venue to provide both hair and makeup services.

Travel and accommodation fees apply for the wedding day. For locations more than 1.5 hours from her home, additional accommodation costs will be required.

Worldwide

With a deep passion for destination weddings, Agathe travels worldwide. You are invited to share the details of your wedding abroad so she can create a bespoke quotation tailored precisely to your needs and your location.

Reserve your experience

When is the best time to book your bridal experience?

Agathe H. is typically booked 8 to 12 months in advance. To ensure an exclusive and fully bespoke experience, she accepts only one wedding per day. It is highly recommended to reach out as soon as your wedding date and venue are confirmed in order to secure availability.

How do I book a bridal service?

To secure your date, a non-refundable 30% deposit and a signed contract are required. The remaining balance may be settled one month before the wedding by bank transfer, or in cash on the wedding day prior to the start of the service. All bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring each date is exclusively reserved for one bride.
